We are excited to offer you American Red Cross Lifeguarding Blended Learning. Blended learning combines online learning with in-person skills sessions where you will practice skills and demonstrate competency. The online learning modules include CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers and First Aid final eLearning exam. The in person portion of the training is spread out over four days and is a mixture of in water and classroom sessions.

Statistically people are at greatest risk for assault twice in their life, when they are going to high school/college and when they are a senior citizen. But the most common assaults are easy to avoid >IF< you know how to recognize the warning signs and >IF< you know what to do. Learn real world self-defense for everyday people from an instructor who taught an accredited self-defense course at three college campuses to thousands of college students over the course of 14 years. Simple skills that are easy to learn and remember, and that have a proven track record of saving lives. NOTE: This class is not just for students going to school. The knowledge gained in this program is essential for everyone and is open to all students 12 years or older (male and female). Parents, serious topics are discussed openly but in a professional manor. Minors should be accompanied by a participating adult when possible. Unpaid spectators are not allowed.
