  • Group Fitness Land Class Registration - Spring

    We are offering several in person, indoor, fitness classes for all fitness levels, Monday-Saturday. These classes are separate from any membership you may have had with Pools and Fitness. You must pre-register for the class and we do have minimum class sizes set. If we are unable to meet the minimum size of the class, we will cancel the class 48 hours before the first class and notify everyone who was registered. If classes are cancelled, you will receive a credit on your account or a refund. Class schedule and class descriptions can be found HERE. Classes will run April 5-May 29 at both Lakeland and Milford HS (8 weeks of classes). Starting in May we plan to move classes outside as much as possible to take advantage of the fresh air and warmer temps! So dress appropriately! Package options: Monthly recurring memberships (billed the 1st of each month, with a slight processing fee added each month) or you can pay in full and save a little money. 1 week (M-Sat) unlimited classes Single class registration
