Huron Valley Pools & Fitness water group fitness classes are fun, motivating and designed for the community, with a wide variety of classes at both of our locations! Our classes are uniquely designed for all ages and fitness levels, so come try one today! 

Featured Courses

  • Deep Water Circuit

    Fun! Circuit training, strength, and cardio. Alternating stations every one to two minutes A variety of equipment will be used: balls, kickboards, noodles, and yourself Fifteen minutes of flexibility at the end. Held in the lap pool dive well. These classes are separate from any membership you may have had with Pools and Fitness. You must pre-register for the class and we do have minimum class sizes set. If we are unable to meet the minimum size of the class, we will cancel the class 48 hours before the first class and notify everyone who was registered. If classes are cancelled, you will receive a credit on your account or a refund.
  • Morning Aqua Fitness

    Enjoy a low impact class held in the lap pool. A great workout for beginners and experienced alike, the instructor will utilize noodles and buoys to get your heart rate up. Water shoes are recommended but not required. These classes are separate from any membership you may have had with Pools and Fitness. You must pre-register for the class and we do have minimum class sizes set. If we are unable to meet the minimum size of the class, we will cancel the class 48 hours before the first class and notify everyone who was registered.
